FAQ

Most people benefit from getting a GP referral form their doctor that gives access to the Medicare Rebate. The next step would be contacting the clinic by phone or email.

Referrals are not necessary but do reduce the cost of 10 sessions. Private health insurance can also help.

Sessions are a 50 minute hour, which allows time for notes to be made on session progress and direction.

Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty outside of 48 hours, by phone, email or sms. Late cancellations incurr a 50% fee and cancellations on the day are incur the full fee.
