This is another great resource when it comes to behaviour change! There is a reason why this book is a best seller and for me the reason is how practical the strategies are.
My suggestion while building better habits is to choose one very specific change and follow the strategies in this book for a couple of weeks at a time until it’s second nature. This approach has the potential to change your life within a couple of months. How because good habits have a compounding effect!
My favourite strategy from this book is to attach new habits to habits you already have. Need to remember to take a pill every morning but struggling to remember, then start taking that pill right after you’ve brushed your teeth or with your morning coffee. Now all you have to do is keep those pills with your tooth paste or coffee cup.
