So why read it?

All good philosophies can be endlessly explored and Dr Peterson’s book provides a road map of where to start and why. Not only does this align with BreakFree Psychology’s goal to facilitate your independence and fulfilment but it does so by providing you with the rational as to why should and how it works. Simply put, we’re always looking to teach you how to fish instead of just giving you a fish and this book does just that.

My favourtie rule, is Rule 4: Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today. Comparing yourself to who you were yesterday is the most relevant and most helpful comparison to make. It provides the road map to practical change and does not uncessarily dishearten you or worse give you an unfounded sense of security.
